Adventure Calendar

Blooming Adventure, LLC combines fun outdoor adventure to get you moving, Fitness Coaching to improve your movement, strength & flexibility, and Nutrition Coaching to help you improve your diet and your health.

If you’re interested, we can also give you fitness and nutrition homework between activities to keep you moving in the right direction to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Kim Edwards, CNTP, CPT, LMP (That’s me!) will be your personal health, fitness & nutrition coach to lead you on a new Blooming Adventure each week! Small groups, no more than 5, for more personalized attention! You can also get a small group of your girlfriends together and I’ll design an Adventure just for you! (You decide how we combine fitness, nutrition, and outdoor adventure into your perfect day!)

You must sign a Waiver/Release form and Health History form prior to your Adventure. These can be emailed to you.

While we strive to keep your Adventure affordable, there might be a small rental fee for specific equipment, food, or lodging depending on the Adventure. 

Please sign-up for your Adventure by following the Eventbrite links listed below each Adventure.
