Are you ready to find fun and easy ways to improve your health and fitness? If you’re like me, you’d rather be playing with other health-minded women who motivate you to get outside and break a sweat instead of going to a gym. Don’t get me wrong, I can be found in the gym several days a week, especially when the weather is particularly lousy, but I prefer to work-out in the sun, wind, and scenery of the Pacific North West.

If being part of a community of active women is more important to you than getting ripped, then this is the place for you! Whether you consider yourself a beginner, or you’re more of an intermediate participant, we’ll find fun ways to push your fitness boundaries to keep you moving and improve your health. Let’s say we get together for a walk or a hike, we might stop to do push-ups, squats, lunges, or other challenges along the way. Don’t worry though, each challenge can be individually tweaked to best suit you and what you’re able to do.
